My Story
Vedic Meditation changed my life.
I learned more than a decade ago. At the time, the demands of leading a fast-paced Creative department and the exhaustion from handling a family member's bout with mental illness led me to Meditation. I took the course and immediately felt the benefits of my body releasing the stress and anxiety I had accumulated over the years.
As I continued to meditate, I began approaching my life and creative process differently. I made the right decisions at the right time and found the clarity and courage to take action when I wanted things to change. This was happening in my design work, my relationships, and my daily routine. I started facing each challenge with trust and ease.
In 2019, I became a certified Vedic Meditation teacher after rigorous training in New York and India. Today, I combine this training with my personal experiences to design cohesive programs for my students and clients. I teach them practical techniques like Meditative Drawing to become more mindful, creative, and powerful in their lives.
I have led workshops and talks at the Fashion Institute of Technology, Universidad de Buenos Aires, Free Arts NYC, Boston University, and La Guardia High School of Music & Art and Performing.
